Furnished and equipped to a high standard, amenities available within the accommodation include a gas oven and hob, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, BBQ, all bedding and towels, games, hairdryer, TV with English and French channels, DVD and CD players. For longer stays, both bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis and laundered free of charge.

The Grange is perfect for one couple who like extra space, or ideal for a families or groups of friends exploring the beauty of South-western France together. It comprises 4 bedrooms (1 King (160cm) sized Bedroom, 2 Double (140cm) Bed Bedrooms and 1 Twin Bed Bedroom), 3 bathrooms (1 with bath/shower and 2 shower rooms) plus a separate guest toilet.

Furnished in keeping with the spirit of the building, the massive living room is fitted with sofas set around a large wood-burning stove. The raised dining area contains a large dining table which can seat 8 adults comfortably. French doors lead to a huge terrace with a private BBQ and al fresco dining facilities overlooking St Cernin de Labarde.

The residences are set within the same 5-acre grounds as the English owner's home, so you will not be without assistance if you need it.

Pool

The large 13m x 6m shared pool overlooks St Cernin de Labarde. Guests can enjoy more comfort pool-side catching some rays on a sunbed or sipping some local wine while planning sight-seeing for the next day!
